On-Site Assembly & Staging
Upon approval of final drawings and costs, the entire system is assembled for demonstration
and testing in one of ENGlobal/CDI's on-premise staging centers
in the Houston area. ENGlobal/CDI has almost 100,000 sq. ft. of
availble staging space. The ENGlobal/CDI facility
can accommodate assembly of all critical components, from field I/O and panels to
operator workstations and consoles, fulfilling the need to assemble and test the
entire system.

automation system testing into the "cloud", while assuring unmatched levels of flexibility to meet

Through a patented process based on ENGlobal/CDI-branded security applicances, clients that are not located
near an ENGlobal/CDI system integration center in Houston can work on the system under test as though they
were located in Houston! This means that end-users located in Angola, engineers from remote centers like India,
and the local Houston team can all participate in a single, integrated team. ENGlobal/CDI's
Integrated Satellite Office FAT (isoFAT) supports
virtualization and remote control techniques to move the system from the integration center to the "cloud".
ENGlobal/CDI endorses the highest levels of shop testing which is aimed at identifying and correcting the largest
range of defects prior to the equipment's arrival on site. ENGlobal/CDI isoFAT addresses levels of quality
unmatched by other suppliers, while providing their clients with piece of mind that risks of project schedule
delays due to insufficient testing are all but eliminated.
System Simulation & Acceptance Testing
Before any system is shipped to the client, the ENGlobal/CDI Manufacturing Group utilizes
sophisticated simulation equipment to perform full real-time process modeling. Simultaneously,
the client is provided the opportunity at this stage to operate the system, allowing
the implementation of any client requested modifications identified prior to shipment
and installation.
